I'm sorry I left taking this picture for so long. No 53 was immaculately maintained at the time of sale. What do you suppose was the story of the scales - which have since disappeared? 
Planning permit 103/2010 has been issued for the demolition of the existing dwelling and the construction of 2 three storey dwellings.
