This project consists of 16 apartments spread across four floors. Interest is added to the facade with green-tinted glass and a custom mould for the precast panels. The light effects from the glass facade were created using EDGE Architectural Glazing. There is no underground basement. Car stackers are used for car parking.

The brick warehouse on site is being demolished while Rothelowman's development takes shape next door.

After Kosdown Printing moved to Rocklea Drive, the warehouse was used for a time by The Block.

The Poolman Bros sugar refinery which operated on this site from 1886 was purchased by the Colonial Sugar Refinery in 1907.
